Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Full reimbursement excluding processing expenses
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Processing Expense: £50 for credit card transactions
Conditions: Official request required via email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half of the overall cost of charter
Processing Duration: 7-10 working days
Processing Expense: £25 deducted from the refund amount
Conditions: A valid reason is required; administrative fees apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No reimbursement available
Exception: Cases of emergency might be taken into account
Alternative: Credit for a future charter may be granted at the discretion of the management
Conditions: Supporting evidence needed for emergency situations
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety is our utmost priority. If our certified captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe for the charter to take place, we offer adaptable options:
- Full Refund: Issued if it’s not possible to reschedule
- Reschedule: Relocate your charter to a new date at no additional fee
- Charter Credit: A voucher valid for one year from the date of the initial charter
Weather Assessment Process
Our process for evaluating the weather involves:
- An analysis of the wind speed and direction
- Assessment of wave height and overall sea conditions
- Forecast of visibility and precipitation
- Advisories and warnings from the Coast Guard
- Safety assessment by a professional captain
Decision Timeline: The decision regarding weather cancellations is made at least 4 hours before the planned departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Situations
We comprehend that medical urgencies occur. Circumstances that might qualify for exceptional consideration include:
- An unforeseen medical condition or injury necessitating hospital care
- A family member's passing
- Sudden military deployment or urgent recall
- Serving jury duty or receiving a court summons
- Natural disasters impeding travel
Requirements for Documentation
In order to process requests for emergency refunds, please supply:
- A medical statement or documents from the hospital
- A certificate of death, if relevant
- Orders from the military
- A court summons or jury duty notification
- Emergency declarations or advisories affecting travel
Procedure: Emergency refund claims are dealt with within a 3-5 business day period after receiving the needed documentation.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Failures
If your allocated vessel is afflicted by mechanical issues that can't be resolved:
- Substitute Vessel: Efforts will be made to provide a vessel of equivalent standard
- Full Refund: Granted if an equivalent vessel isn’t available
- Partial Refund: Administered if the alternative vessel is of different pricing
- Compensation: Additional reparation might be considered for the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
In exceptional instances where the designated crew is unavailable:
- A substitute crew will be organized whenever possible
- A complete reimbursement if the charter cannot advance as planned
- The opportunity to reschedule without incurring additional charges
Refund Processing
Method of Payment
Reimbursements are executed through the same method originally used for the reservation:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Charter Credits
Occasions for Credit Issuance
Charter credits are provided alternatively to refunds in particular scenarios:
- Late cancellations (with less than a 24-hour notice)
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions
- Voluntary requests to change the schedule
- Interruptions due to operational reasons
Terms for Credits
- Validity: One year from issuance
- Transferability: Credits are non-exchangeable to third parties
- Value: Equal to the full value of the charter, processing fees excluded
- Applicability: Usable for any available yacht charter
- Expiration: No prolongation past the one-year mark
Partial Service Reimbursements
Interruptions of Service
If your yacht experience is disrupted or cut short due to elements under our management:
- Refund calculated on a prorated basis for the unused duration
- Credit for another yacht experience of equivalent value
- Complimentary services or possible upgrades as compensation
Disturbances Caused by Guests
Should the charter cease early due to guest actions or violations of safety measures:
- Reimbursement is not provided for the remaining time
- Full payment is still required
- Potential additional costs may be charged

If you take issue with a refund assessment, the following options are available:
- Request a re-evaluation by the managerial staff
- Submission of further evidence or supporting documents
- Interaction with consumer protection entities for resolution
- Exploration of legal avenues under the appropriate law

We will acknowledge receipt of your inquiry within one day, assess it in accordance with this document, communicate our decision within 48 hours, and if approved, process the repayment promptly as prescribed.

- Repayments are carried out in £, regardless of the currency used initially
- Purchasing travel insurance is highly advised
- This document can be amended, with notice provided 30 days in advance
