3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Reservation Process

When you book a charter, you are required to:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Provide precise and comprehensive details
  • Make a payment for the requested deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only with the payment receipt and our written acknowledgment. We hold the right to deny service to any individual at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Cost

4.2 Payment Installments

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the complete charter fee is due upon reservation
  • Final payment: Must be settled 48 hours before the start of the charter
  • Additional fees (if applicable): Payable after the charter concludes

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept primary credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed using secure, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Patron Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours before departure: Complete refund minus transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund is provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If the captain deems the weather unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to another suitable date at no extra charge
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t viable

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If there is a mechanical issue with the designated yacht, we will attempt to supply an acceptable alternative. In the absence of an alternative, a complete refund will be extended.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

Every passenger is obliged to:

  • Heed all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize any safety apparatus when indicated
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within the authorized areas on board

6.2 Forbidden Items

Passengers are not permitted to bring the following items:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any forms of weaponry
  • Overindulgence items beyond sensible consumption
  • Animals, except if given prior authorization

6.3 Behavior

Passengers must maintain respectful decorum. We reserve the authority to cut a charter short without issuing a refund should passenger conduct pose risk to safety or interfere with the experience of others.

Our responsibility is capped at the value of your yacht charter. We disclaim accountability for:

  • Injuries sustained through passenger recklessness
  • The loss or impairment of personal property
  • Incidental, resulting, or punitive losses
  • Delays resulting from weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Policy

We uphold comprehensive marine insurance, which safeguards our crafts and our operations. Passengers are advised to have their personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

Engaging in our charter services signifies your admission that waterborne activities carry inherent risks and your acceptance of personal responsibility for your safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Alterations

We retain the prerogative to revise itineraries, pathways, or timetables due to weather-related or safety reasons or operational demands. We will make every effort to propose comparable alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

Our service is not penniless for interruptions, cancellations, or changes that arise from situations beyond our control, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Intense meteorological conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Directives of the authorities
  • Port authority shutdowns
  • Technical malfunctions
